These General Terms and Conditions of Sale apply to all sales of products and services by Verteex to professional customers (B2B). By placing an order, the customer accepts these terms without reservation.
All orders are subject to written confirmation by Verteex. Quotes provided by Verteex are valid for 30 days unless otherwise specified. Prices are quoted in Euros (EUR) unless otherwise agreed.
Prices are exclusive of VAT and shipping costs. Payment terms are determined on a per-customer basis. New customers may be required to make prepayment. Accepted payment methods include bank transfer (SEPA, SWIFT).
Delivery times are provided as estimates and are not guaranteed. Risk of loss or damage passes to the customer upon delivery. Shipping costs are borne by the customer unless otherwise agreed.
Products are covered by the manufacturer's warranty. Returns of defective products must be reported within 14 days of delivery. Products must be returned in original packaging where possible.
Verteex's liability is limited to the value of the products supplied. Verteex is not liable for indirect damages, loss of profits, or business interruption.
These terms are governed by French law. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Paris, France.
